“Yuzhny” customs terminal is one of the largest and most advanced terminals in St. Petersburg owned by  «Sovavto-St. Petersburg». It is located in 700 m from the intersection of the beltway and Moskovkoye Shosse and is equipped with all the modern telecommunications means for organizing successful work and business development.
“Yuzhny” has a heated temporary storage facility and secure storage facility with a total are of over 8,000 sq. m, as well as an adjacent area of 30,000 sq. m. The terminal building hosts a temporary storage warehouse, a long-term storage warehouse for non-customs goods, rooms for broker and forwarding companies, and a modern office for the 70 employees of the “Yuzhny” Customs Office of the St. Petersburg Customs, which is the delivery destination (customs code 10210100).
Smaller batches of freight for shipping along various routes are formed at the terminal.
The fiber-optic telecommunications channels allow for tracing vehicles on their way from the sender to the recipient of the freight. For the convenience of our clients, we offer services of customs brokers and the Chamber of Commerce. Direct telephone and computer network lines connect the office to the Northwest Customs Department, which significantly speeds up customs declaration of freights.
